I used a 89' 351w block and 69' 351w (and 289) accessory parts with no issues. All 351w's are 28oz balance so your 69' 302 stuff is good to go. On the front, use which ever style best suits your radiator--use the appropriate year's balancer, timing cover, pulleys, and water pump. You will need to use one year's parts or the others. Do not mix and match or you will have some frustrations.

The early alternator adapter for the 351w still comes up for sale on ebay--saw one last week.

Thanks. I already have an alternator spacer. I got it from a fellow club member. He went to a serpentine system and will let me use any of the parts he has. I will just have to get a power steering pump bracket spacer.

The Windsor's block has a 1.3" taller deck, that moves the head up a corrosponding amount, and this affects the position of the bolt hole where the alternator bolts to. The spacer affects the alternator's position away from the head and affects the pulley's position and alignment with the other pulleys. I'm in Opelousas, 20 miles north of Lafayette.
