I have an 02' stick shift Mustang with a 2.1 Kenne Bell supercharger.
I want to buy a spare serpentine belt, the number on my belt says:

419 C313 000438486 064
It has 066 right below the 064.

I'm having troubles finding this belt on the internet, and I don't see a brand name on the belt.

While browsing the net I saw that someone mentioned that a Kenne Bell 4.6 GT motor should have a 108" Gates belt. Is this true?

Yes I have the KB website, I called all their phone numbers and no answer, so I emailed them my questions today.

I also forgot to mention that I have the AC delete pulley also, so that may change the belt length??

Here's a pic, that Gatorback belt sounds interesting if it changes the sound of the supercharger, I actually think mine is way too quiet, I guess I figured it would whine louder since I've heard so many loud ones on Youtube LOL.

I wouldn't think the A/C delete would affect the belt length.

Nice clean engine bay but what's with the strut on the driver's side? Is it normal that the thing protrudes that high through the strut tower?

Re sound:

1) What air filter set-up are you running? A factory airbox, for example, is remarkably effective at muffling intake sounds.

2) The Gatorback adds a whine of its own that's really noticeable, especially at and just above idle. But it doesn't change the sound the blower itself makes when you get your foot into it.

Kenne Bell emailed me back already, said to use the 108" Gates or Dayco.

Thanks for the compliments, I really like this car!

I've raced Mopars my whole life, got tired of the expense and headaches of racing, this is my first venture in a Mustang. My Dart ran 9.80's on pump gas through the mufflers naturally aspirated with a single carb, on 10.5" tires.

This Mustang is a Cobra clone as I mentioned earlier, has the full body kit, Cobra interior, even has the Viper 6 speed manual trans. I actually need to add one more snake, the grill emblem. I'm sure there's alot of jokes that fly around about clones but I could care less about that, has no meaning to me at all. I do wish it had the 4 valve Cobra motor though, just for the durability. It won't be a racer though, just a family cruiser.

What makes some superchargers scream or whine so loud? Is it the pulley size? My car runs STRONG, but doesn't whine much at all.
