I recently installed the AC Delete Pulley Kit, I also deleted the smog (No Pulley). I'm assuming consistent with the change in the weather...Meaning when its warmer out it wont make the noise but when it gets cooler out it does.. or from a cold start it does. It sounds like a belt squeal. I usually hear it when the car is at idle and i rev the gas.. Or get on the gas a little quick.. it will do a squeek..squeal (whatever you want to freakin call it!) It started a day or 2 after I changed the belt (After it started getting cooler out). Is there any way I can get rid of this annoying sound? I heard about the soap trick.. Haven't done it.. what do you guys reccomend. Anybody also thing I should check on the pulleys? I have underdrive pulleys if it makes a diff. I really think it is the belt causing the problem though...

Thanks :SNSign: :nice:

TTT I Guess no one has the answer  To make a long story short My belt is making a squeak noise when I rev it. How do I get rid of the sound.. Any suggestions/stories?

I Guess thats better for those who don't want to read the story up top

You need to give it longer than one hour before getting impatient.

I would make sure the pulley alignment is spot-on. Otherwise the belt can make noise until the belt and pullies heat up.

Good luck.
