Belt Screaming over Pwr Steering Pump after Heater Core Install

As the title mentions, I have a belt that just screams when I try to turn the steering wheel.

All was well prior to this week when I began a project to install a heater core, quadrant and cable, and brake booster.

I dropped the steering wheel and pulled the dash to carry out my upgrades.

Could something have happened when I reinstalled everything? Is there a vacuum line that I could have pinched or something that I may have missed connecting that is related to the power steering pump?
