Best 302 rebuild

I was wondering just in case I have to rebuild what would be the best way to tweak this tired thing up for around $2-$2500. It would be used for daily driver. Would like to get 400 rwhp, or more and would be having shop put it in. Would like to have pretty dress up also.

You're not going to get 400rwhp for $2-$2500. Unless you throw a whole bunch of spray at it and say the Lord's prayer be4 you slam down the throttle first.

$2,000 - $2,500 will get a H/C/I set up and get you around 300 RWHP or you can just throw 10PSI of boost at it for $2,500 and be at about 340RWHP. Either way your going to fall short of 400RWHP on $2,500
