Best 351w combo for street strip

i am looking to build up a 351w engine, and have some questions on what kind of combo i should look into building.

#1 what is a good displacement for it? this will be an EFI N/A street/strip warrior(with the possibility of having a small boost down the line. id like to drive it at least a couple of days out of the week. definately will be my 2nd car.

#2 what kind of heads/cam/intake should i run. what is a compression ratio i should look for?

#3 im looking to make a solid 400-450 hp.

#4 what companies should i get the engine internals from?

basically i need help building the engine all around, good products to use and proven combos.

427 CI, AFR 225 heads, custom cam, Victor EFI intake.

Atleast that's what I would run, minus the intake.

If you want to run it on the street I would just build a 393 stroker with a set of vic jr heads and the matching intake. A custom cam would be the way to go. Maybe a nice 9 to 1 compression ratio to keep the engine boost friendly. For internals and the engine build up I would give rick91gt a PM. He has a good rep as a builder.
