I just finished my build after two years. What is the best all around tire that I can use for the street, drag, and open track events. Milage is no concern since I will only put at the most 10000 per year.I want to run drag radials but I am concerned about there performance on road courses.

Tires that I have had on cars

BFG KDWS 275's on rear of Cobra...great in the rain, 2.005 60FT time at track

Firestone Firehawk SZ50 275's on front of Cobra. Great in any conditions. This tire will not squeal around corners or hard braking or hard braking when turning.

Goodyear Eagle GSC 255's on front of Cobra. great in rain, would squeal around corners and braking.

BFG KDW 245's all the way around Cobra. Great in dry conditions. Rears will slide car around in the rain. I pulled only 2.1 60FT time at the track with these.

Nitto Drags 275 on rear of Cobra. Awesome dry traction. 1.8 60FT times all day long. Great looking tread and sidewall. Good in rain when they have good tread. Bald Nittos make it seem like you're on ice. I bet they would be good on the front but I have never tried it.

Yokohama A032R's. Buddy has them on an old GTO that has over 700 ft lbs' of torque. He swears by them. He said you can take them into any corner at any speed.

This is the best of my knowledge.
