Best Laptop tuning systems economy wise

Hey im looking for the best tuning unit that i can plug my laptop into. I like the tweecer because it's cheap and im on a tight budget. Anything else out there? How about the one made by pro-m.

I have heard good things about the tweecer system. the only reason that im not gonna get it is becasue i dont have a laptop. Ive seen used tweecer RTs go for like 450.
