best place for kill switch?

i plan on putting a kill switch for the fuel pump on the harness thats running down the drivers side. would a switch be fine or would a relay be better?
ive read a few write ups on it but still wasnt clear on that..

anyway, wheres a good spot for a toggle/rocker? id appreciate some suggestions. thanks!

i always though putting one in the storage compartment in the driver side door would be cool. Not like anything else fits in there anyway.

inside the boot for the e- brake.. so you have to stick yer finer in there to turn it on
