That kit is the NX "Mainline" kit with a plate instead of a nozzle, a WOT switch instead of push button activation, and upgraded silenoids.

I don't know anyone that has run it, but I was considering buying it a while back and talked to one of the reps from Daves Nitrous Outlet, and they said they replaced the cheap parts with quality parts and make an affordable plate kit.

Anyone else, american muscle doesn't sell NX anymore. I don't understand the "mainline kit", I am wanting the plate system so is that what I need?

okay I found it at blow by racing for $499, it looks to be the complete kit everyone else is selling for 600+. Has anyone ever bought from them?

NX's "Mainline" kit is just a bare bones, no frills nitrous system. Cheaper parts, less price, not as many things included to make a real complete nitrous kit.

The plate kit version of that for $399 has the main parts that make for a safe nitrous system (better silinoids, wide open throttle switch) as compared to what the kit normally comes with.

Yes, that is probably the best deal you will find on a new NX plate kit.

I know someone who has delt with that company and had no problems. I beleive they have a very strong 2005+ Mustang fallowing. I would definatly buy from them.

MSD makes a real nice digital window switch. If you have the money for it thats what I would order. You will probably find your best prices at Summit Racing - High Performance Car and Truck Parts | 800-230-3030

The nice thing about the digital is you can set the on/off RPM exactly where you need it, and you don't need the pills that a conventional mechanical switch offers.

Your kit should already come with a WOT switch.
