Well, I've started gathering 5 speed swap parts for my LSC. I got the petals. I was just wondering what the best quadrant, cable, and adjuster would be for it. I'm planning on a Ford Racing flywheel, and maybe a King Cobra clutch.

Thanks.

I've been hearing they hold up better. I was thinking about the Fiore FWA & Quad, but was unsure it would work with a factory cable.

Maximum Motorsports quadrant, adjuster and OEM Ford cable kit. I have the cable and quadrant currently that I "borrowed" from a buddy. I have to order him a new one and I'll get the complete kit at that time. It is very smooth and because it is a bit longer, you can route it away from the exhaust.

The last two OEM Ford cables I bought in the Ford Racing heavy duty clutch cable kit each only lasted a year or less. One collapsed at the firewall, the other frayed at the quadrant. I used to get 40-50,000 miles or more out of them, city traffic driving.

I have the summit clutch cable kit in both of my mustangs. Had like 30,000 trouble free miles in my vert so far with it. Bran new in the LX. The new kits come with a Quadrant, fire wall adjuster, cable, and clutch arm. I think for around 129.00

Well, my steeda cable just went out on me a week ago. I bought a Ford racing one which looks identical to the steeda one....I probably had over 30,000 miles on the steeda cable while using it with their quadrant and firewall adjuster.

Definitely OEM. Get it from Maximum Motorsports with their FWA and quad. You won't be disappointed. I'v heard good things about the Fiore stuff too though.

I saw the MM stuff, and then the Fiore stuff, I am leaning towards the Fiore stuff. I just want the good stuff, so I will lessen the risk of breaking it...did I mention I'm

I have the fiore adjuster and quad with a stock cable. I like the fiore because it clicks and you dont have to deal with a set screw.
