I've tried the Pro5.0 and did not like it... possibly because I'm so used to my Hurst/tranny.
I've had 2 friends break Steeda's.
and, any of 'em would be better than stock.
Tell me this isnt some S..H..I...T...I just orderd a Pro 5.0 (Have a hurst handle and black knob already)And my wife tells me this morning she peaked at the poll on our cpu and orderd a Tiax!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I got the Pro from Ebay and cant return!!!!!!Well Ill be happy either way!!!
heh. u shoulda got the MGW. i'm betting ebay and forum classifieds fill up with people selling their tri-ax's and Pro5.0's in favor of this new shifter. . Congrats though on the double score. Now you can try both and sell whichever one you like less!
yes you do. You can allmost get to them without removing the center console, but it really isn't worth it. Just leave the console out until you decide which shifter you're gonna stay with.
I've had the B&M Pro Ripper and the Steeda Tri-Ax. The B&M was nice but the Tri-Ax is so much better I wouldn't consider anything else. Missing 3rd gear is impossible.
