I was just lookign to here y'alls .02 about the best springs to get our stangs out of the air and also offer the best ride quality and performance.

So far I think the most taklked about springs that I have heard about are Eibach sportlines, anyone have their progressive springs? what about H & H sprins?

H&R supersports guy....

people have had trouble with the sportlines sagging in the rear... the FFRP are popular cause there cheap and ride well but dont give enough drop IMHO...

H&R Supersports are worth the few extra bucks.

i want someone to post a picture of a car with saggy sportlines. has anyone ever seen a picture of a saggy sportline stang? When someone shows me some proof....just one damn mustang with saggy sportlines. That company put tens of thousnands of dollars into R&D and they have good stuff, thats why eibach has been outfitting the fastest cars in the world for years. one dummy cut his sportlines, or installed them wrong or bought the wrong size tires and has convinced half the mustang population that sportlines suck. IMHO

Exactly, the same 5 guys posting in all the sportiline threads. not one before and after pic, not one measurment, stll no real proof. for all i know it could be tire wear. let me know when someone has done some valid research. im done for now.

Did you look at the whole thread?

See posts # 17, 22, and 25 for sag pictures.

Check post # 26 for an after pic with Roush springs in the rear.

I dont think it matters if its the same 5 guys complaining or not, why would they lie about sagging springs?

Im not trying to be a dick or anything, so dont take my post personally but you said you wanted some proof of it, and that thread is pretty much full of it.

ok, im not trying to be a dick either, but....post 22-one could argue that the car is sitting on bricks and cement (the bricks are layed diffently under the front tire), so the front could be sitting at a different height. hard to tell, but a valid point. post 25- has this setup "03 Cobra Chrome Rims (17x9, 17x10.5) (275/40/17)(315/35/17 and Summit Upper and Lower Control Arms" and that is a terrible angle to tell, it could be due to some of the other mods. post 26- totally different camera angles. So again where is the freakin measuring tape.

my car sagged to a drop over 3" in the rear and shredded one of my $320 tires to the point where i had to throw it away and the other side got some minor tears.

take a look at this sag...:bang: proof enough?

I see that and dont get me wrong, you had a problem and fixed it. one set out of thousands. Im sorry that you had to invest more money. I hope mine do not sag, but there are so many killer stangs with sportlines that are great.

thanks for the compliment BurningRubber. you should see it now tho with the tinted tailights and saleen wing. lol.

anyways...yes thats true that there are a lot of stangs with perfect sportlines, but usually the non-saggers are the ones who bought the earlier ones a few years back. the recent ones from the past 2 years have had a horrible tendancy of saggin. lol i used to be club member #4 of the "i hate my sagging sportlines" :D i also know 2 people personally in my area with sagging sportlines.

basically just wanted to join this so i could warn people about them.

goodluck with yours. theres fairly good chance that they wont sag, but ya never know. i hope it works out man! :nice: it should look good.
