HR race for performance... however best vote for bilsteins, MM coilover setup, and custom chosen hypercoils for the application. the more i beat my car the more i am seeing that the spring rate makes an astronomical difference.

choose your needs, handeling, looks, or a hybrid. also, the steeda sport are rebadged eibachs... just cant remember which line.

I'd have to say my favorite springs are the Steeda Sport springs

They seem to have a nice raked stance to them.. I love how they look on my car

And I honestly thought Eibachs were like close to top of the line. just goes to show you when some companies get too big their quality goes right out the window. I have also heard the Eibach sells their imperfect springs to Mac. and alot of other companies sell their imperfect stuff to MAC also for that matter. anybody else heard anything like that?

Well the Eibach Pro Kit springs are still good and the older Sportlines supposedly don't sag, but the newer ones do.

Eibach pro-kit here. Ride is rough as to be expected with lowering springs but it does handle really well compared to stock. It also lowered it enough, especially now that I have '00 Cobra R bumper. Sportlines would have killed it.

+1 for the pro-kit. Love the drop, no significant loss of ride quality.

Of course single rate springs are going to sag eventually, you can't expect them not to, although new ones sagging would definately piss me off.

All I know is I bought a brand new (cheap price) MAC 75mm TB and it was a peice of crap. Sold it at a great loss and replaced it with an Accufab. Better to buy right the first time.

As far as the Eibachs, I have never owned them but they advertise heavily hence the large ownership BUT I've heard many stories of sagging. Never heard even one story about a sagging H&R.

This isn't a kids site, some of us on here actually experence things and post up about them, and no it isn't whining about something. I take suspension seriously here as do others, and it's not simple bull****. Topics just like the sagging issue have been covered before numerous times, even tried to tell Eibach themselves about it and have done nothing, not even a look into even when they will this is advice from people who have proven parts being more than just a freak set that went bad, if more than 5 sets took a dive in sagging there is a problem somewhere. I, like others don't like to beat a subject to death over and over just because one person wants to know, there is a search for that, but it only works in Tech sections though

still no measurments, I agree, not a kids site, however, most of the people on here are. You want adults, go to IMBOC.com. You care about suspension so much than why do you have such crappy Eibach's on your car? Also why do you have a Mustang if you care about suspension? 5 bad sets are not an issue because they make 1000's of sets. Eibach doesnt care, because they have tested the springs over and over again and they have held up. DAHHHHH. That gives them 99.7% approval rating. You cant tell me that some of the "sagging" issues arent due to other mods that dont coincide with another.

a few problems... a few. name one other thing that they make tens of thousands of that is flawless. There is nothing like that. YOu make a thousand of something and 5 people are gonna be pissed, or dumb. Like I said, some of the "sagging" issues can be due to the other mods not coinciding with eachother. THats it. FORD and EIBACH put thousands into R&D.... we on the other hand spend no time or money on research, no one will go outside and measure the damn sag.

lol one guy riling everyone up. i dont know how to say this without being a jack@ss but i believe you are arguing your point so strongly because you are biased (purchased sportlines) and dont want people to hate on them, thats understandable.

the problem with this is that i have just been trying to warn people about them based on first hand koweledge and well over $650 wasted on a new $320 tire and installation of the springs AND then the new rear roush springs. Why take the chance that they will sag and have to do it allllll over again? thats a fair amount of work and money for something thats not guaranteed to live up to its full potential. im not saying that all sportlines suck, im just saying that only some do. i feel it isnt worth the risk to chance buying them again.

and how many recalls does Ford do? yeah the plastic coolant bypass tube was a great development for the 4.6L, and everyone knows what they have done about it AFTER lawsuits and 9 YEARS later
