Any of the above would be fine, but only the 331 is a stroker

well obviously i'm going to agree with Rick. 331 will give you the most power, but it will also be the most expensive because of the extra machining and all the parts. You could just rebuild the stock engine with the stock parts and replace bearings/rings etc...
