best tire size?

ok, well some time in the future i'm gonna be needing new tires...

i'm wondering what size to get. Right now i'm running 245/45/17's on 17x9's all around.

i was thinking 275/40/17's, but i've heard that may rub in the front, but isnt that what the cobras come with stock?

275/40 is ideal for a 9" rim. It is possible to rub VERY SLIGHTLY if the wheel is completely cranked in one direction and you are going over a curb, bump or something similiar. In other words, don't worry about it...I personally have never rubbed the tire, but I do see a couple of minor rub marks inside the wheel well.

so i shouldnt have a problem even though i have sportlines on the car?

no, you should be fine 265's or 275's should treat you just fine
