First they have to sort out who actually owns the cars. Just being on the property does not mean their ownership transferred with the property.

I've seen instances where salvage/wrecking/towing yards store the cars they intend to keep for themselves or are too good to be destroyed in a seperate area. This seems more likely to me, rather than a once in a lifetime random score. That is still pretty cool though. Give me the American version of that find and i'm set for life.
