well it did not fix my problem, the plugs made it worse actually, it is dark and i looked at the plug boots and 4 of them were glowing blue and when revved #2 plug arced the block. do you think i may have made a hairline crack in 4 plugs to make it do this. it is misfiring badly especially when flooring the pedal.

Just to clarify... the plugs are in the head, with the wires connected to them, and the BOOTS are glowing blue and arcing to the block???!

Slightly off topic... but I thought I read somewhere in a thread of yours that you had 2000 V6 heads with a 95 V6 intake bolted up? Tell me that ain't true...

no i have brand new wires as of yesterday, they are a cheap brand but work good. i found out that i may have put cracks in the 4 bad plugs, i replaced them and it runs better now but still a piece of junk. no i am confused about this motor. i have the 95 or 98 intakes on it now but the motor is new from the factory built in 2000 but i guess since split port heads won't bolt to a single port intake that they are not from 2000 but the valve covers say it is a year 2000 shortblock and buy parts for the year 2000. maybe the people that i got the motor from changed the heads off of their 98 and then used to 2000 valve covers. i know the block is a 2000 because it has the balancer shaft. but isn't a shortblock without heads.who knows. i have a crappy car. i have no codes now, that is a first in over 8 months and everytime there are multiple codes and different everytime too. even when i did nothing to fix it. would this be a bad computer.
