Wheels-Tires Big Wheels.

Okay so I've read a lot here and elsewhere on fitting deep dish rear rims on the fox body's. But need some advice.
So, I've already replaced rear control arms with BBK gripp. Converted axles to five lug and removed the rear quad shocks.
The new 17x10.5 bullitt rims ,when dry fitted ,make contact with the coil springs. This is WITH A 5/8 spacer on it.
How far will I have to go to make these puppies fit? Alternatives?
The car has NOT been lowered either, FYI
I currently run 2001 bullitt 17x8 245/40/17 and 275/40/17
