The stock injector is capable of flowing 19 pounds per hour of fuel. Whether you need more injector or not is a function of how much power you're making. Go to www.pro-flow.com and select the 'meter sizing' tab. Scroll down and you'll get an idea of what size injector it takes to meet certain HP requirements. The 19's will comfortably support something like 75-100 more HP than the stock motor makes, depending on how the car is used, at stock fuel pressure levels. Your changes don't have you anywhere near that HP level, so you're not in any danger of outrunning the stock injectors. With the C&L maf, you can easily change the maf for larger injectors in the future if you make other mods that require larger injectors to keep up with the airflow/HP level.
