You can get 'em powder coated. These guys do black chrome:
WRS Wheel Repair and Refinish

I don't know where you're located, but these particular guys are in Santa Anna, CA. But I'm sure other local companies can do it. This is just one i found on the i-net.

Just found some on ebay. Cobra R 4 lug from AFS. Looks pretty good too. Guess i cant put a link up, i searched Mustang 4 Lug Wheels.

A buddy of mine had a set of black chrome daytona rc wheels on his busa. They are bad ass.

I haven't seen any on a car yet.
