I was wondering if anyone has seen or heard of these before. My car is 100% murdered out right now. When it had the exhaust tips, they really stuck out to me because they were the ONLY thing chrome/polished on the car. I really want to run the exhaust back out the back, but dont want polished tips. In my mind it seems like it would look pretty neat, might look like crap on the car, but I'm willing to try it.

I googled "black exhaust tips" and I found this

Black Exhaust Tips?

I read the forum and it seems you could powder coat them to get that black/matte black color. It does look pretty good, not goin to lie.

if you do black pipes it will probably just look like you have no exhaust tips from most angles.

MRT used to sell black chrome tips, or you could just paint your stock tips with BBQ paint.

Do the black chrome if anything, that's my vote. It looks awesome on anything.

Otherwise, as hotstang mentioned it'll just look like you don't have tips.

You can scuff up the chrome tips and spray a black heat proof primer on them, I wouldn't go and buy new tips when you can use your old ones, well only if you want larger tips.
