black interior

i just picked up a 1990 4 banger mustang with a clean black interior ,i have an 87 t-top mustang shell that i want to install the whole interior in.my question is i like the newer air bag wheel and steering column trim .would i have to go with the non tilt steering column to make it all work ?i have a tilt steering column and i would remove the airbag and modules so that it wouldn't be a problem as far as deployment when the wheel was all the way down.

i was also wondering about the wiring any issues that i need to be aware of i do plan on switching over to mass air and my car will be relatively stock. i know it is a waste of time to change from speed density if i don't plan on major horsepower .i don't think there was a real difference in wiring albeit the hvac controls are different so i don't know which way to go as far as that.
