This is for a 1965 289. If anyone has some pics that would help me out immensly.

Pic #2, what is the vacuum tree supposed to look like? My car has no PS/PB/AC. I just stuck that old brass extension on there to fill the hole.

Also, what bolts onto the three holes near the back of the intake?

"Is this for…" is the connection. The auto trans and/or power brake connects there. No tree.

"What bolts…" Nothing. It's left over from the crankcase vent system, but on yours, which was common at that time, the large center hole was not machined.

What does the thingy look like for the auto transmission? I do not have power brakes. Do you have a pic?

Do you have a better pic? I can't really see behind the carburetor.

So is the brass fitting I have screwed into my intake the correct part that is supposed to go there? It has Ford blue paint on it, and it fits the hole. And it looks similar to the one on the intake pictured above.
