blower install ?'s

I will be starting an install of a novi 2000 on my 95 gt . I will be doing the install and all the tuning myself due to me being stationed in Italy , so any helpful hints on timing, fuel tuning would be greatly appreciated. In addition any helpful hints on installing would be great. I have never done anything like this before so please be specifis. Thanks in advance for your replies
