Im just trying to think what would be better. I use to have Nitrous on my old fox body and I know its like 40 bucks a pop to fill the bottle up.
Id like to be around 400+ to the wheels Im at 310rwhp and 380rwtq right now with a 347 with trickflow intake, trick flow tw heads, TF stage one cam, 1.7 rockres, 24# Injectors and so on..

Now im going to be changing to 1.6 rockers and changing to the Stage Two TF cam pretty soon. So should i spend the 2G's and buy a blower or spend 5 hundo and deal with 40 bucks to fill up everytime.

I think it depends on how close you are to where you fill the NOS bottle up. I would have been running it for a while except its at least an hour drive to the nearest refill location.

If you're close to somewhere that can refill it, then I'd go with the NOS.

In the long run the SC ends up being cheaper everytime, but with nitrous you only have to worry about every aspect of your engines manners when your on the bottle, not everywhere you go (SC). If your car isn't a DD, and you don't use it strictly for transportation very often, I would go blower, or turbo. If it is, I would go bottle.

If you go nitrous I would suggest getting more than one bottle, that way you can cut down on trips to get refilled. Trust me it gets old after a while. Secondly I would get an electric bottle opener.
The last thing you wanna do if find yourself at a light next to an LS1 and realize you forgot to open your bottle.

Yea I mean I look at it both ways. To go fill a bottle its only like 5 minutes from my house. If i went nitrous Id have the bottle opener and all that stuff on there. I made that mistake when I had it on my foxbody. As where if I go blower I dont have to worry about filling bottles just hit the gas and im off. Its just something I have to think about more. Then I was looking at the Nitrous Brands like Zex and NX and Venom
But thanks guys on your imput about it. Its kinda a 50/50 on what people like some always say so Nitrous others say go blower/turbo.

go supercharged, if you buy nitro 500 bucks then you fill up your bottle 30 times is 1200 bucks, you could have already had a s/c. plus its on all the time, no heating the bottle , having to remember to open it. few extra bucks is well worth it.
