Blowers on,trans is shifting funny!!!! y

No its not a blown trans. Lol That would be easy. Well I just put my D1 on my 98 GT. All it has is exhaust and blower. When i give it gas 1/4 throttle up to 3k the idle seems to stick and the trans seems like its stalling then moves again.

I'm thinking that it can be 2 things:
1-Need a bigger gear then a stock 308 gear?
2-Might need to change the shift pressure in the trans with my tuner?

What do you guys think?

did it do it before the blower? if not, it's most likely the tune. who tuned it?

Does this happen in every gear or only the 3-4 change?

Didnt do it before i got the blower on and only does it going into 2nd gear. I'll still haven't got it tuned but i might tune it with my friends. We have a Mustang Dyno, and its pretty mustang a stock car with a blower. So will just watch the a/f and see how much fuel,spark we'll give it.

The tune will have to be altered somewhat to accomodate this change. The auto doesn't know what to do with this change of parameters. Installing a stall converter really messes with it.

You say you havent got a tune??? Surely you did some kind of tune with the blower. You got a chip/tuner with it right?

I'd say the problem is probably the tune.

Yea its for sure in the tune. Im trying to see if i can data log whats going on with this diablo. I tried gettin in contact with one of the diablo sellings but he hasn't got back to me. Soon as i get the data log i'll be able to tune it. I'm going to try a street tune if its not running right i'm going to put it on our dyno.

BTW never had a auto sports car. Lol I'm putting a TKO in soon. If i wanna really go fast then i'll put a TH400 trans in.
