I have race ported heads on my car from a previous centrifugal combo and we put the 1.7 on the car with the 2 3/8" pulley and it just can't supply the motor with the air it wants. We're only getting 9 psi out of it instead of the 14 psi the pulley is designed to make. The little blower just runs out of steam.
