Tthats your feed. mainly what you want to see is if it has a piece of rubber hose with hose clamps under the car. On3 in known for sending those. and they are known to slip off after time. thus. leaving all your oil in the street.

So it's running an A9P.

Is there a mass air flow sensor in the plumbing at all? Probably in the pass fender

I bought this 90 foxbody that is super clean and has a turbo to. Driving it home I didn't notice but the temp was pegged out so I pulled over as soon as I could. Opened hood and it was hot and water was going out my overflow. Since then it wants to overheat and push water out. No milky oil but water not wanting to circulate.i started tearing it down then someone says could be a thermostat. I need help.

It could be the thermostat or a pin hole in the head gasket. Head gasket can blow where it only allows compression gases to go into the coolant. They have a test kit that you can rent at Advance Auto or autozone. Its called a block test kit. You suck up a little coolant at the cap and it changes color if combustion gas is present.

I already have it tore down to the picture above. Any quick way to check it from this point?

You may as well replace the head gaskets and refresh stuff, you know, make sure it is ready for more boost.

You could do a compression test and cylinder leak down test.

You were right about the hose underneath. Couple questions the injectors are black and all the clips have been changed. Any idea what size they are and heads have orange paint on springs. Sure it's there for a reason ?

You have two threads going and you've started asking the same questions in both. If you are going to use this one like a progress thread (that is what I would do) then keep posting here and abandon the other or I can combine them together and pick a snappy title for ya.

Cool project! Pretty nice looking car. Has anything else been done to the engine besides the turbo? Have you pulled the computer completely out to see if it has a chip installed?

Not to get to far off topic, but I cant help but notice that jacked up truck in the background. Two questions. First what is it. Second is someone daily driving it?

So I got it apart, what head gaskets should I get?
