body bolts, buy new or restore old?

I am getting to the point where I will soon be putting my car back together.. trying to figure out whether I should buy new or maybe use a tumbler to clean and polish.. I don't really want to powder coat, am looking for the best solution. Any suggestions?

Check out AMK (www.amkproducts.com). Purchasing their kits was one of the best decisions I made regarding my restoration. They have body kits that are nearly 100% concours, or other options such as stainless kits. Everything comes labeled and individually packaged, so it certainly makes things easy.
