Bogging Way down

Ok so ive have been trying to figure out what could cause this but my 98gt when accelerating hard from a dead stop or rolling start but the car will lanch hard and then when its at about 4-5k it will bog way down like i shifted from first to 5th! Any ideas what it could be? i have replaced the plugs,wires,coils, IAC,TPS,cleaned mass air which is a pro flow.

Sounds like it is running out of gas. Have you changed the fuel filter?

yea replaced the fuel filter but it didnt fix it.....and i havent been brave enough to pay the $300 for a new fuel pump....the weird thing is it doesnt do it all the time
