bolt question for TB/intake

what size is the studs (4) that screw into the upper intake and go through the EGR and Throttle body on 87-93 cars? 5/16 and 4.5" long I'm guessing..please correct me if I'm wrong

Just get a piece of threaded rod and thread it till it buts up. And then mount your spacer and TB. Then just hack it off. Thats what i did with some GRADE 8 rod. Works perfect. 5/16 is correct.

What Mike said. Getting those studs out can be a pain, if they come out at all. I had two manifolds to get mine from.

tks, however, I already have them out, but they went to the new owner of the intake they came off of...getting ready to put the motor back together, and I can't remember the lengh...tks for verifying the size though...

Just went out and measured one, 4 in.
