boost questions

What size pulley do I need to run on a V1 T-trim with an inlet power pipe, non-intercooled, 75mm TB ,C&L upper intake plenum, long tube headers, and high-flo cats. I want to run about 10 PSI, and hopefully just break the 400rwhp mark. Any input on this matter will help. I'm still running on my 1999 stock block and hope it holds out until next summer. If 10 PSI is to much just let me know what you think is sufficient to make the power I want.

I'd say play it safe and start with a 3.60 pulley and a good tune. On a set-up like yours, a T-trim should get you around 8-10 lbs and around the 400 hp mark...I probably wouldn't push a stock bottom end too much further past that.

The only Vortech pump I know about is the T-Rex and that won't work on the returnless fuel systems that come in the 99 up Mustangs. The Boost-A-Pump is not an actual pump, it's a device that allows the pump to push more fuel. Any 255lph intank pump along with a Boost-A-Pump should be all you need. Some people like the Focus pump and there are a lot of other aftermarket 255lph pumps.
