Depends on the ignition system. The healthier the Ignition, wider the plug gap you can run.
The higher the boost number, typically the gap will close up a bit.
At 20 psi, I run .032 gap.

Start with the stock gap on 1 heat range cooler plugs than stock and listen/watch for any breaking up at the top end.
If it breaks up, close the gap.
So...
0.052 to start, down to 0.048 if you get any breaking up, down to 0.042 etc...
If you find that it's not getting any better then it's time to monitor coil saturation at top end of your RPM range. If you see that it's falling off then I'd suggest a voltage regulator specifically for your coil.
On a side note: The fuel pump could be suffering from similar voltage starvation issues if you discover that the above is an issue. (worth looking into if it applies)

It's your money, if you want to throw it away on that hardware. Get a Holley Terminator X or a Megasquirt & tune it yourself. Both have self-tuning capability. Letting someone else tune it will likely require more than one session.
