so i picked up a dupli-color tire pen, and decided to paint my tire lettering. always wanted to do it, thought it looks pretty aggressive. gauranteed to stay on tires, but easily wiped off with acetone, so i decided to give it a shot, if i dont like it i can just scrub it off with some acetone.

ive only done one tire, but you can get the idea of what it will look like from this pic..

Looks pretty nice, but doesn't acetone eat away rubber?

thanks guys! i had always wanted this look, but you all, along with my friends, always thought otherwise. i think it does it give it a classic look, but youre right cantslowdown, it may not look right with other rims...im hoping the rear ones look just as good on my 18x10s...

I ordered a white paint pen on the internet last week, so I'll be doing this soon too.

Thanks for the pics, now I know how it will look on mine. Looks nice.

That looks sick, maybe something I would try in the future. I bet it would look right at home on the '03 '04 Mach 1s.

Am I the only one who thinks it looks terrible? IMO, that is the worst Mustang mod I have seen to date. The lettering is already on your tires, why colour it to further advertise the company? This goes down to ricer stickers in my book.
