A great thanks for your answer80w gear oil was the recommended fluid from the factory if I remember correctly, but finding single-weight gear oil these days can be a real challenge. 75w90 would be close enough not to hurt anything, and is readily available.
The Rad-4. It pre-dates all of the current standards for gear oil.Do you have to worry about which spec or rating for the gear oil, like Gl-4 or GL-5? Some brass parts need specific oils. I do not know what manual transmission is in this generation.
