I changed from the Bosch Platinum 4s to Autolite Platinum 2 at .052 gap like the computer showed was oe plugs. My son swears it slowed the car down. I just dont like the design and no gap feature of the 4s. They also look like they are 1/2" closer to the pistons by the long thread design! Ive always ran normal desined plugs in my race cars and stuff. We are running just the usual bolt ons and gear. The 96 just has no power :( Gonna have to spray it ;)

All in your son's head. The bosch 4s are complete crap. Autolites are good plugs, as are NGK, I'd run one or the other. I had Autolite 764s, but now have NGK TR55IXs. The NGKs seemed to smooth out my idle and throttle response a little bit.

You're right... a 96 GT has no power... lol. Headswap should be at the top of your list. Headswap + N20 will definately wake it up! :D

STAY AWAY FROM BOSCH PLATINUMS PLUS 4's THEY ARE A GIMMIC AND DO NOT DO ANYTHING. IF YOU WANT AN NICE EXPENSIVE PPLUG GO WITH THE DENSO IRIDIUMS OR FOR AN INEXPENSIVE ONE JUST BUY THE AUTOLITE PLATINUM OR NGK'S. OH JUST READ YOU ARE GOING TO SPRAY IT. IF SO GO WITH NORMAL AUTOLITE COPPER CORE PLUGS NOTHING FANCY
