hey guys im in the process of peicing togeather engine parts. it will be a boss engine.(windsor block cleve heads)im sure you all know what they are. anyway i need to buy a rotating assy. is a 347 better than a 331. will a 302 rev better than both. i like the idea of makeing hp way up in the rev range. ( 2 stroke dirt bike style). do all of the stroker combos rev like a 302 ?.any advise would be great.

What kind of block are you using? If it's a stock block you're going to be pushing your luck at about 7k. As for whether a stroker will rev, i've had my 347 to 7500 already on accident...if i had an aftermarket block and heads/intake that could justify those RPM i could do it all the time. Also i'm gonna have to shoot down the Boss thing here...can't have a Boss engine without 4 bolt mains What you're building is a Clevor.

go with any of those strokes. If it's balanced right and built right any of them can rev. Just keep in mind "no replacement for displacement.

Oh, and don't advertise here. Post that stuff in the classifieds section.
