Note if you have a stock intake, you wont be able to directly see the MAF sensor.

Why not? It's right there between the air box and the throttle body.

the engine mods include crane cam, k&n, flows, and I think thats it. Im pretty sure there is an aftermarket cam in there.

I question whether or not the previous owner really installed a cam or not. It's pretty uncommon in my experience to install a performance cam in an otherwise mostly stock engine. Most people would at least do headers first, and probably an intake at least at the same time. I'm thinking the rough running has to do with something else.

Just a thought.

Hmmmm thats weird. I have a 1993 notch that runs really well, smooth idle but has a leaky fuel injector and i have the same leaking sound in my engine but i am clueless? Just started recently, antifreeze has no oil in it and oil is perfect (not milkshake) but the car runs very well. Is the dripping noise maby caused by a fuel injector? oh and i just drove from az to washington.

When I went to test drive it and look at it it ran fine. The only thing that was weird was that the engine was shaking a little. But when I reved it up it rean smooth. Teh guy who I bought it from said the previous owner installed the cam and there are crane cam stickers all over the fan shroud.

but yea I dont think it runs bad beause of the cam. It think its beacuse it was overheating and if you look in the other thread I made my heads and block dont look too good.
