Well I took the advice of some and bought the Cobra II I had looked at a month ago. I picked up my local auto rag and there is was, for sale, $3000 or best offer. I made arrangments already to have the trans pulled and the flexplate rebalanced correctly. I noticed it has a miss and a surge at cruising speed, at full throttle it goes away, so i'll look into that tomorrow, I don't know if it's an ignition problem or a gas/carb situation. Nice thing is I have some money left over after buying the car to fix some things. I'll take some pictures tomorrow and post them.
