i'm taking my newly rebuilt e7te's to the local machine shop to have the bowls blended. i've called around to several machine shops and they all said i could estimate an average of 30 - 40 hp gain from the bowl blending. i was curious if anyone here has had this done and if so how much difference did you notice - and if you dynoed your 5.0 after the head install how much did you gain? i have a three angle valve job and 1.7 fms roller rockers. i would like to see an overall improvement of about 50 hp but i realize that may be a high number even woth tweaked stock heads. any input?
