A quote from MustangSteve's Granada Disc Brake Swap....

"Brakes won't bleed properly? Be sure you have the calipers on the right side of the car. The bleeder screws should point straight rearward, NOT UP..."

What is this about? I always hear on here that the brake bleeders should point up. I swapped my calipers from one side to the other about a week ago, and since have not been able to get my brakes bled properly. I assumed my master cylinder went... but apparently not.

Any help here?

Regardless of where it's pointing, be sure to have the bleeder at the top. The air will float on the fluid, so you need to vent it from the top.

i think they were specifically talking about the 65-67 KH calipers. those calipers had a bit different orientation of the bleeder screws.
