I have a 67 coupe that I'm converting to 4 disc power brakes (was manual drums)and to a T5 (was automatic). Problem is my new 9 in. brake power booster and Willwood clutch cylinder interfere by about an inch on the firewall. This booster is for an automatic but I'm told they don't make a smaller booster with the same offset bolt pattern that my 67 has. My options are to use the smaller booster from a 65-66 with different bolt pattern ( I already cut up my firewall to get the new booster in ) or get a Willwood 7/8 " dia. manual brake cylinder which is supposed act like a booster ( now I'd have to cover up the elongated hole I just made in the fire wall and will it really act like a booster?). I'm sure this isn't a new problem. I'd appreciate any comments, suggestions or recommendations. Thanks
