Found these guys:

http://www.lapponline.com/index.php...id=201&zenid=2304776f036e7d4d78315989a6fe1669

Have a kit that fits all Cobra front bumpers. (I have a '99 Cobra front). I won't be installing it immediately, but I'm taking my car to Sebring and wondering if this could help at all. Its on sale for $120, so I figured it wasn't that bad of a price.

Thats the quantum motorsports kit. It works, but you can get it cheaper HERE

The price is $89 for the brackets but you can buy them, ten head to home depot and spend another $5-10 on the duct and save a lot more money. I run just that exact plate kit on our race car with no ducting and it works just fine. no braking issues or anything

Yes, they will actually keep your brakes cooler which will keep your stopping ability up..im sure running the ducting will get the brakes a few degrees cooler but I didn't like all that crap being under there and the brake duct brackets are angled towards the rotors anyway so I left the ducting out...

Quick crappy pic
