Brake lights come on when I engage the clutch

Ok, this sounds stupid, but is actually happening. I was reearended a couple of weeks ago in a very low impact collision with my 05 GT. I got the car out of the body shop, and now when I put the clutch to the floor the brake lights come on. It only happens when the clutch is fully pressed to the floor with full pressure. Has anyone else ever seen this? Does anyone know why this would happen

Are you by chance still under warrenty? If so I would not touch anything, but call a dealer (not mention the accident unless it is obvious it was crashed, but should not be since you went to a body shop)...

Or, I assume the body shop should be responsible for the crash repair, so maybe contact them?
