What size fittings do i need going from hard lines to the soft lines on the drives and pass side? Also to the hard line in the pass wheel well that goes to the rear.

Do i need 2 line locks if im not running abs... i think so

I guess if nobody knows the answer, I'll throw in my 2 cents. In the back of the Advance Store, there are a bunch of black drawers with brake fittings in them. It is a great collection of adapters. You can actually get stock 3/16" brake fittings on the lines, and put adapters on them. If you don't want to do this, you can bring your brake hoses down there, and screw the fittings in to see what size they are. Each fitting comes in a little plastic bag, which will be marked as to what fitting it is. You can then take that, and order the right flare line end. Of course, it would be much easier if someone just knew the answer, but since no one else has chimed in, I figured I would at least give you an idea for a plan B.

If you are not running ABS, then you should only need one line lock. There are two lines coming out of the Master cylinder, one for the front, and one for the back. Just put the line lock on the one line for the front, before it splits.

By the way. Bring both brake hoses, I think they are different on each side of the car. I think one is a 3/16", and the other is a 1/4" or something. I might be thinking of the back brakes though.

SO where the front line (front of master cyl goes in to prop valve) only controls the front brakes? I didnt know that i was going to put one on each side after the prop valve.

I can't picture it now. I don't have a proportioning valve in my car anymore. I thought there were only two lines coming out of the proportioning valve, and one was for the front brakes. You can run two line locks also. That's what I did.

Ok, I'm positive now. There were only 2 brake lines coming out of my proportioning valve, and it split somewhere down lower. I didn't know the non abs cars were different.

Adam,
I have a non-ABS car, and all I did was put the line-lock between the MC and the prop valve. It worked great. I had to get two adaptors for the standard line that I bought. I know one was a bubble flare to 45* DF for the MC. I think the other one was similar, but a different size for the prop valve. I got the fittings and line at NAPA for less than $10.
