I changed my brake pads and calipers over the weekend and since then I have an annoying rattle coming from the brakes. It seems to be coming from the outer pads.
The problem is that there seems to be too much play in between the brake pad holes and the caliper bolt/pins that when I hit a bump or at low speeds the pad hits the pin causing a rattle noise.
Is it possible that the I have defective pads that have too big of holes or could the caliper pins be worn down?
I threw out the old pads so I don't have them to compare. Any ideas?
