Brake pedal is getting a vibration like you get whne you lock the tires down

During normal driving slowing down slowly or coming to a stop slowly, my brake pedal feels like it does when you slam on the brakes and the abs comes on. Since it only does it when i am slowly slowing down or coming to a stop its kinda scary feeling. Brake fluid is full. The car is a 03 gt with 13k miles.

check your rotors they might be warped

Most likely warped rotors. You can probably have them turned and put back into spec seeing as you only have 13k miles.

I have a similar problem except I feel it more in the steering wheel. Im going to have my tires balanced and see if that helps.

It turns out my abs ring on the driver saide came loose. I need a abs ring, rear speed sensor, and possible new passenger side axle.

You need a new opposite axle because your exciter ring came loose???
