Brake Problem

I have a 94 GT and i have replaced the rotors and pads. I still get a grinding noise and i can feel it in the petals, it is coming from the front. When the ignition is turned off the ABS light illuminates, but only with the ignition off. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem???

Have you had the system scanned to see what the ABS code is? That may give you some hints as to the problem.
