Brake Question

One of these days, I'm gonna run Pro Stars on my GT

Brake upgrade options such as Cobra, Bullet, and the like ......

Are they all larger thus making Pro Stars not possible

I believe you need a 17" rim to run any of those brakes.

I have seen cobras clear those rims but i think you need to use some kind of a spacer for them to clear.

I have 99+ calipers and from what I have seen I will need a 7/16 spacer ( I bought a set), I think the cobra guys have to run this as well. I cannot go up to cobra fronts with my TTII's so 99+ is all I get...unless bear kits fit diff. cant help there though.

you can go with a reg. spacer or get some "hub centric" ones, but they push the tire WAY out to the edge of the fenders.

For the cobra breaks I would see if any cobra guys or see what you turn up in svt section.
